  • 7am: Wake Up and Stewardship

  • 9am-12pm: Experiential therapy
  • 12pm: Lunch
  • 1pm-4pm: School
  • 4pm: Free Time/Study Hall
  • 5pm: Process Group
  • 6pm: Dinner
  • 7:30pm: Gym
  • 8:30-10pm: Shower and down time
  • 10pm: Bed time

Friday

  • 7am: Wake Up and Stewardship

  • 9am-12pm: Experiential therapy

  • 4-6pm: Off Site Recreational Therapy
  • 6pm-7pm: Dinner

  • 10am-5pm: Adventure Therapy

Our Weekly Schedule

Weekly Schedule also includes:

  • Time to complete responsibilities and stewardship including laundry and chores
  • 3 meals + snacks a day prepared by an on-site chef
  • A minimum of 4 hours of daily therapy with licensed clinicians
  • Educational support with an onsite teacher
  • Self-care time built into each day
  • Weekly reserved time for spirituality or religious practices
  • 3 or more days a week of gym or team sports
  • Extensive and Elaborate experiential and wilderness components

Kokua Recovery offers 40 + hours of direct therapy in a group and individual settings with licensed clinicians that focuses on a wide range of themes and topics including, but not limited to, relationships, self esteem, psychosocial wellness, honesty, and self-awareness. Kokua also believes in a strong psychosocial rehabilitation program that includes experiential and wilderness activities and adventures on a weekly basis.
